Physical Education/ Health
For Health, Physical Education and Advanced Physical fitness classes
Dear Parents,
I want to thank you for the privilege to teach your child one of the most important aspects of their lives. Their health and physical well being. Teens and young adults face many challenges and through the health curriculum we will address these issues, In Physical Education we will be learning the skills to participate in different activities in which they can use throughout life. In Physical Fitness we will combine the health and physical education knowledge and use it to take our physical and mental capabilities to the next level.
Homework – I will not give a numerous amount of homework. When homework is given I expect the students to do their very best on the assignment.
Tests – Tests will be given on a periodic basis to evaluate the skills and knowledge of the student.
Schedule – We are going to try the following for the first four weeks and then see if it works.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: P.E. for 7th-9th grade
On the attached sheet you will find the expectations of the class your child will be taking.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. I have an open door policy with students and parents. You can contact me by calling the school and leaving a voice mail or by emailing me at stuart.davis@clovergardenschool.com
